Quarterly Billing
Meters are read quarterly – approximately on March 15, June 15, September 15, & December 15. The bills are mailed out within a day or two of the meter readings and payment is due within 20 days. Cash, check or money order is accepted at the Lena Village Hall during normal business hours or may be mailed to: 117 East Main Street, Lena, WI 54139. Payments (check or money order only) may also be put in the drop box located to the right of the Clerk’s office door.
Disconnect notices are sent for accounts with an unpaid balance by the due date. If the payment is not received in full, or acceptable payment arrangements made, within ten days of this notice, the service will be disconnected.
